For our final episodes of the year, we are reflecting on and re-publishing 3 of our favorite interviews from our archive of 90+ episodes (!!).
Today’s “redux” is Episode 19 (July 2018), an interview with Mandy Smith on vulnerability in leadership. Mandy wrote a book called The Vulnerable Pastor: How Human Limitations Empower Our Ministry, and a big part of her journey as a leader has been learning to lead from a place of vulnerability. This episode includes Mandy prophesying to us (just a bit).
And it seems serendipitous that we are re-publishing an interview about vulnerability on Christmas Eve, when we celebrate our God becoming vulnerable in the flesh of Jesus.
