We continue our series on Power in the Church by interviewing pastor and author Dan White Jr about what it looks like practically to really love our enemies. Imagine that, in today’s relational and political climate!
Dan co-planted Axiom Church in Syracuse, New York with a commitment to tight-knit community, locally-rooted presence, and life-forming discipleship. He recently wrote Love Over Fear, and he’s also strategist with the V3 Movement.

Appreciate this podcast and your sense of humor so much. Love is brave and God is love. He calls us to love our enemies. Could it be that our whole existence on Earth is to exhibit that love in order in that Lucifer could be loved into repentance? Could God love his enemy enough to create us and bring us along on his mission to go after the one that is lost? Could that be the reason why we’re here? It is not his will that even one would be lost. I believe with God anything is possible and the possibility of this excites me and makes me brave to love others boldly
Amen, Sarah! That’s a good word. Glad you are finding the podcast helpful 🙂
