What do you do when it seems like everybody else is getting their dreams and you’re not? Heather Thompson Day helps us know what we can do to shape ourselves while waiting, so we are ready when it’s our turn. We had a fun, wide-ranging conversation with Heather about the themes from her new book It’s Not Your Turn: What to Do While You’re Waiting for Your Breakthrough.
Heather Thompson Day recently moved to Michigan to care for her ailing father, taking a job as an associate professor of communication at Andrews University. She is an interdenominational speaker and contributor for Religion News Service, Newsweek, and the Barna Group. She runs an online community called I’m That Wife and is the author of six books, including Confessions of a Christian Wife and How to Feed the Mediavore. She resides in Southwest Michigan with her husband and their three children.
